ServeIQ AI is the trading name of ServeIQ FZE LLC, a Free Zone Entity that provides an AI-powered reception and booking platform for small and medium-sized businesses.
This policy applies to the serveiqai.com website, our AI chat assistant, and all communication channels we operate (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and website chat).
ServeIQ AI operates in two capacities:

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics. We store two small items locally in your browser to make the site work: your language preference, and a chat session identifier so your conversation continues if you return. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as health information, religious beliefs, or biometric data). If you are communicating with a healthcare or wellness provider through our platform and disclose health-related information, that data will be treated with heightened protection in accordance with UAE law.

To provide our services, some of your personal data is transferred to and processed in countries outside the United Arab Emirates by the technology providers listed below. Where this happens, we seek to put appropriate safeguards in place as required by the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and we rely on your consent to the transfer.

By using our services and providing your consent, you acknowledge that your data will be transferred to these countries. If you do not wish your data to be transferred outside the UAE, please do not use our services and contact us to request deletion of any existing data.
If you connect a Google Calendar to ServeIQ AI, we access your list of calendars and may create, update, or delete booking events on the calendar you choose — and on no other calendar. We store an encrypted access credential to do this; we do not read, store, or share the contents of your other calendar events. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard, which stops all calendar access. ServeIQ AI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We aim to keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it. The periods below are the maximum we intend to keep each type of data:

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at privacy@serveiqai.com and we will delete it promptly.
