These terms govern your use of the serveiqai.com website and our AI chat assistant on this site. If you sign up as a paying business customer, a separate customer agreement (Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement) applies to that service — see Section 11.
ServeIQ AI is the trading name of ServeIQ FZE LLC, a Free Zone Entity that provides an AI-powered reception and booking platform for small and medium-sized businesses.
By using this website or chatting with our AI assistant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the assistant. We may update these terms from time to time (see Section 12).
This website describes the ServeIQ AI service and lets you chat with our own AI assistant, "Sara", to ask questions about what we do, get pricing information, and arrange a conversation with our team. The website is for general information and enquiry; the specific service you receive as a customer is defined in your customer agreement, not on this page.
Our chat assistant is powered by artificial intelligence (a large language model). When you use it, please understand:

The assistant can help answer questions and arrange a conversation or booking. Any enquiry, quote, or booking discussed through the assistant is an indication only and is not a binding commitment by us until confirmed by a member of our team. Pricing shown or discussed is subject to our current published pricing and your customer agreement.
The website, the ServeIQ AI brand, the assistant technology, and all related software and content are owned by ServeIQ FZE LLC and its licensors. You may view the site for your own information; you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We operate on, and link to, third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our site.
The website and assistant are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the site or assistant will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated replies will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Some parts of the service depend on third-party providers whose availability is outside our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on an AI-generated reply that you could reasonably have checked. This section does not affect the separate liability terms in a customer agreement, which govern the paid service.
If you engage ServeIQ AI as a paying customer, the service is governed by a separate customer Terms of Service and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed as part of onboarding, together with your Order Form. Those documents — not these website terms — define the paid service, fees, data-protection roles, and each party's obligations.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) where relevant, together with the regulations of the ANC Free Zone (Ajman Nuventures Centre Free Zone), Ajman. Any dispute will be subject to the courts or forum applicable to entities licensed in that free zone.
